AgencyCue ("the Service") is operated by HarborCloud Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
The Service is a subscription tool that aggregates publicly available Florida business and workers'-compensation policy data and presents it as a prospecting list for licensed insurance professionals. The data is compiled from public and third-party records and is provided for informational and legitimate business-prospecting purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for legitimate business purposes. You must provide accurate registration information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one user — do not share your credentials or access.
The Service is offered for a recurring fee of $69.00/month, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically each period until canceled. This is month-to-month billing with no annual contract. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice before your next billing date.
You agree not to: share your login credentials; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, download, or bulk-extract data; resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the data outside your own prospecting; circumvent security measures, access restrictions, or usage limits; attempt to breach or overload the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or use the data in violation of telemarketing, anti-spam, or do-not-call laws (including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable Florida law). You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws governing your outreach, including obtaining any required consents and honoring do-not-call and opt-out requests.

The data is compiled from public and third-party sources and is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for a business decision. The Service is a research aid, not a substitute for your own due diligence.
The Service, its software, and its compiled presentation are owned by HarborCloud Labs, LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own prospecting — not ownership of the underlying data or any right to redistribute it.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for your outreach to any person or business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HarborCloud Labs, LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your outreach or marketing, or your violation of these Terms or of any law (including the TCPA and other telemarketing, anti-spam, or do-not-call laws).
By you: you may cancel at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarborCloud Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any business decision made using the data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated and a new version recorded. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
