AgencyCue is built to collect as little personal information about you as possible. We do not ask for your name. To run your account we collect only: your email address (your login), a password (stored hashed, never in plain text), an optional "producer name" you may enter for your CSV exports, and your consent and subscription records.
The Florida business and policy data shown in the Service is compiled from public and third-party sources about businesses, not about you. It is provided to you as a research tool. Your use of that data for outreach is your responsibility and is governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
We use your information only to: operate your account and the Service, process your subscription, send account/transactional email you consented to, send the weekly digest if you opted in, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Account and transactional emails (e.g. password reset, billing notices) are sent because you consented at signup. The weekly prospect digest is a separate, optional opt-in you can turn off any time in your settings.
We share the minimum necessary with: Stripe (payments) and Postmark (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data (hashed passwords, encrypted transport, access controls). We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal/business purposes after closure.
You can update your producer name and email preferences, change your password, and cancel your subscription from your settings. To request deletion of your account data, contact us.
